Our doctors assess your concern, discuss suitable treatment and explain your next steps. Prescriptions, medical certificates, tests or referrals are considered when clinically appropriate.
Some conditions need a hands-on examination, monitoring or urgent in-person care. Controlled medicines and some medicines needing regular monitoring may not be suitable for prescribing through this service.

Our GP and urgent care consultations can help with many everyday health concerns, treatment advice and follow-up questions. If your concern needs an examination or a service we cannot provide remotely, your doctor will advise you about in-person care.
Instacare is available anywhere in New Zealand, from Auckland and Wellington to Christchurch and smaller towns and rural communities. Our service hours are 8 am–10 pm daily, including public holidays. Appointment availability is confirmed by our team.
